1.Where are you based?

We are based in Co. Kildare, Ireland.

2.How does your process work?

Browse our full collection on our website and choose from a wide selection of beautiful designer dresses. 

Once you have chosen the dress you would like to hire, contact us via Instagram DM to discuss your booking. We will go through sizing, send more photos and answer any questions you may have. 

A date will be agreed in which the item will be posted to you to ensure it arrives before your event. You are welcome to collect your dress if you prefer.

We will agree on a date that your dress has to be returned by which is usually the next working day after your event.

Once payment is made, your booking will be confirmed. 

To return your dress, simply place it back in the postal bag and return it at the post office using the prepaid return barcode which we will send to you. 

We suggest booking as soon in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.

3.Do you offer a try on service?

We completely understand that guessing your size can be tricky which is why we offer a try on service from our showroom in Co. Kildare.

There is a €10 booking fee to avail of our try on service which is fully redeemable against your hire. The booking fee is non-refundable unless you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

Upon booking your appointment, please specify which dresses you would like to try so that we can ensure they are available at the time of your appointment. Our dresses are regularly hired out or may be at the dry cleaners so we cannot guarantee to have your requested dress available.

Please note, we are unable to keep dresses on hold. If you have booked to try on a dress, we cannot reserve that dress for the date of your event. To reserve a dress, full payment must be made.

Please do not wear makeup / wet fake tan to your appointment as it can transfer onto the dresses.

4.How long can I hire a dress for?

The standard hire period is 4 days. If you would like to hire for a longer period, let us know and we can accomodate. Prices vary.

5.How much is postage?

Postage is included in the hire price.

6.Can I collect my dress?

You are welcome to collect your dress from our location in Kildare. A collection date can be agreed upon booking.

7.Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations can only be made if your dress has not yet been shipped. 

You have a 3 day cooling off period after your dress is booked. If you wish to cancel within this time, you will be entitled to a full refund. Anytime after that, you will be offered store credit only (valid for 6 months). Store credit can only be used once.

8.What happens if I receive my dress and it doesn’t fit / suit?

In the event that your dress is not suitable, you must return it the day you receive it using the prepaid return label and proof of postage must be provided.

You will be offered store credit (valid for 6 months) minus postage fee. Store credit can only be used once. You can also exchange your dress for a different size / dress.

9.What if my dress doesn't arrive on time for my event?

Your dress will be posted to you at least 4 days before your event using the next day delivery option with An Post to ensure it arrives in plenty of time. However, we cannot be responsible for postal delays as it is completely out of our control.

In the rare event that your dress does not arrive on time, it should be returned to us as soon as you receive it and we will offer you store credit (valid for 6 months) minus the postage fee.

If you choose to book a dress last minute, we cannot be responsible if your dress does not arrive the following day. In this case, you will also be offered store credit.

10.What if I return my dress late?

A late fee (€20 per day) will apply if your dress is not returned to us by the agreed date with proof of postage provided.

11.Do I need to wash my dress before returning it?

No. Dry cleaning is included in the hire price. Under no circumstances should you wash or attempt to clean your dress as doing so may result in damage charges.

12.What happens if I damage my dress?

Any damage that occurs to your dress during the hire period must be paid for and may cost up to the full RRP.

If your dress is damaged beyond repair or goes missing during the hire period, the full RRP must be paid. Please notify us immediately of any damage.
